Mama Bamba has been created as a birthing woman’s support centre. We believe women should be able to encounter birth as an empowering, soul satisfying, deeply enriching experience. We offer classes to provide tools for ensuring that birthing mothers trust in their ability to birth in the manner of their choice and are able to do so with mindfulness, support and confidence.

The Mama Bamba Way Weekend Workshop and The Mama Bamba Way 6-Week Evening Course cover the same content. We offer them in these two formats to suit different schedules.
